FAQs

Common questions, answered plainly

Getting started

How quickly can we go live?

A simple agent (lead qualification or a single support flow) can be configured and tested within a day. Enterprise and private deployments take longer to scope, since infrastructure requirements vary.

Do we need a credit card to try it?

No — every new account starts with 100 free tokens, enough to build and test-call your first agent before spending anything.

Can we test with a real phone call before committing?

Yes — book a demo and we'll run a live outbound call to a number of your choice.

Deployment & security

Can this run entirely on our own infrastructure?

Yes — see our Enterprise pages for private LLM, VPC and on-premise deployment options.

Is our data encrypted?

Stored credentials and sensitive configuration are encrypted at rest, and all traffic runs over HTTPS with HSTS enforced. Credential fields are also masked in the dashboard, including for admin accounts.

Who can access our conversation data?

Role-based access control restricts who can view credentials, call/chat logs and billing within your account.

Languages & channels

What languages are supported?

English, Hindi and Hinglish are natively supported, with additional languages available — see our India & Languages pages for specifics.

Which channels does an agent work across?

Voice calls, WhatsApp, SMS and web chat — the same agent and knowledge base can serve all of them.

Does WhatsApp automation comply with Meta's policies?

Yes — the 24-hour messaging window, opt-out handling and a compliance prompt are enforced automatically. See our WhatsApp Business Compliance guide for details.

Integrations & pricing

Does this replace our CRM?

No — Lira integrates with your existing CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho and others) rather than replacing it.

How is usage priced?

A shared token pool covers chats, WhatsApp messages and calls — see the Pricing page for current plans and token costs.

Can we build custom integrations?

Yes, via our documented API and webhooks — see the Integrations page.
