These terms govern your use of the LIRA Voice platform, operated by LIRA Voice Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By creating an account, you agree to them.
LIRA Voice lets you build and deploy AI voice and chat agents connected to telephony and messaging providers of your choice, review conversation analytics, and manage related billing via a token-based system.
You agree not to use LIRA Voice to:
You're responsible for your own compliance with the laws that apply to how you use AI agents to communicate with your customers — we provide the platform, not legal advice on your specific use case.
Platform usage is metered via tokens, consumed per conversation as described in your plan. New accounts start with free trial tokens. Paid plans are billed according to the plan you select at checkout. Unused tokens don't roll over between billing periods unless your plan says otherwise.
You retain ownership of the knowledge-base documents, agent configurations, and conversation data associated with your account. You grant us the right to process that data as needed to operate the service (see our Privacy Policy for detail on how).
LIRA Voice connects to telephony, messaging, and AI providers you configure or that we operate on your behalf. Your use of those providers through our platform is also subject to their own terms — we're not responsible for their availability, pricing changes, or policy changes.
We aim for reliable uptime but don't currently offer a formal SLA outside enterprise agreements. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time via Settings or by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
To the extent permitted by law, LIRA Voice isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. This section, like the rest of this page, is a draft pending review by qualified legal counsel and should be finalized before being relied on as a binding contract.
We may update these terms; we'll update the date above when we do.
